Counselling - Talk TherapyThere are times when talking to a professional can help resolve feelings of anxiety, fears, insecurities, sadness, hopeless and worry. As part of our service, we offer counselling services without a hypnosis component. During these talk-therapy sessions, you are encouraged to express your troubles and depending on what your goals are, we collaboratively decide whether to apply cognitive and/or behavioural strategies. Counselling is ideally suited for everyday problems or small life crises. You'll often feel better by just talking and, you'll also gain some perspective on your situation to render you to make better decisions.
