As you may remember we did 4 sessions in October (2007) to overcome my fear of flying. I wanted to thank you and inform you about the progress I made. We had 2 flights from Toronto to Johannesburg. One was about 8 hours the other was for 10 hours. I was just a little bit nervous before getting on the plane but I used all the techniques you showed me. During the first flight we again hit turbulence but I was very calm and relaxed. Even my husband was surprised.
